MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – March 4 , 2013 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Ed Deming
Ed notified the Selectmen that “Stop Signs” will be placed at the intersection of Hartland and Beetle Road.
Susan Moore, made a request of the Tolland Police, to place speed limit signs at each end of Beetle Road. A 25MPH speed limit sign is already located mid way on Beetle Road and will be relocated to one end and an additional sign placed at the other end. The Tolland Police will run radar on Beetle Road to verify speeds.
The Board of Selectmen discussed compensation for the amount of additional hours Ed Deming has worked over his regular 40 hours. The Selectmen will discuss compensation further when they have a total of hours.
Ed Deming requested vacation time for the week of April 15th; board approved.
